We're pleased to announce to all our shareholders and interested investors that Proctor360 has acquired two new customers this month!

Hollis Cobb is a nationwide financial services company serving the healthcare industry since 1977.  With more than 300 employees across all locations, their HR department needed a secure way to provide pre-employment testing for their job applicants.  This is a new market where Proctor360 is achieving early success.  We'll be providing AI-powered identity verification and proctoring to ensure that the applicant is actually the person taking the pre-employment exam and that they receive no help during the assessment.

Hope College of Arts & Sciences is a postsecondary nursing school located in Pompano Beach, Florida.  As they strive to maintain their institution's standards and integrity while delivering their exams online, Proctor360 will be providing live remote proctoring to ensure fairness and security in their online testing program.

These two new customer acquisitions come on the heels of a successful year of growth for Proctor360 in 2021.  We are working tirelessly to achieve success and gain marketshare as quickly as possible, and every new customer acquisition is another signal that the market needs our solutions.
